Since his arrival in 1998 as CFO, and then as Chairman from 2006, Jean-Claude Ibos has orchestrated several major acquisitions. The succession has been carefully planned over two years. Fabrice Didden, who joined the group in 2015 and notably turned around the Sparcraft company, now assumes the presidency of the Wichard Group. Today, the Wichard Group has 13 industrial sites, including 8 in France, and employs 650 people worldwide. With strategic platforms in France, Denmark, Romania, the United States, Australia and Indonesia, the Group is a key international player in the marine and industrial sectors.
