A new industrial site to support growth
On March 27, 2025, Tenderlift inaugurated a 2,250 m² building in Canet-en-Roussillon, which complies with RE2020 environmental standards. The site includes a powder-coating unit, a clean room for assembling hydraulic components, a prototyping area and collaborative workspaces. These modern facilities are designed to improve production capacity and meet the growing needs of the marine market. âeuros
Strategic investments in innovation
Since 2020, under the management of Hélène and Benoît Chatillon, Tenderlift has invested nearly 7 million euros in modernizing its infrastructure and equipment. These investments have led to the creation of a 700 m² boiler-making workshop, renowned for its quality and optimal working conditions. The support of the Occitanie Region and CARSAT has been decisive in the realization of these projects. âeuros
A stronger team for customized solutions
The company has tripled its workforce in four years, from 17 to 60 employees. Tenderlift now has its own design offices for mechanical engineering, boiler making, hydraulics and automation, with over 15 technicians and engineers dedicated to the development of innovative products. In 2024, over 35 new products were designed, ranging from patented hydraulic platforms to rigid sail steering systems for the decarbonization of shipping. âeuros
