BIOinfusion? stands out for its very low viscosity and ability to efficiently release air during the process, ensuring rapid fiber saturation and excellent surface quality, even on complex parts. Compatible with VARTM processes and closed molds, it integrates naturally into normal production cycles.
Choice of two hardeners
The system is available with two hardeners, allowing you to adapt the working time to the needs of the job site (they can be mixed together to adapt the time):
- EH-BIOINFM (Medium): approx. 4.5 h infusion time, demolding after 11 h at 22°C.
- EH-BIOINFS (Slow): up to 6.5 h infusion, demolding after 19.5 h at 22°C.
Both versions can be cured at room temperature, with post-cure adjustment to achieve maximum thermal resistance (Tg up to 87°C).
UV protection and long-term stability
BIOinfusion? features UV protection that preserves the shine of exposed parts and limits yellowing, an important advantage for exposed carbon structures or any part intended for outdoor use.

In terms of mechanical properties, BIOinfusion? boasts solid results: 116 MPa flexural strength, good tensile strength, and up to 6% elongation at break depending on the post-cure cycle applied. The system is designed to withstand cyclic loading and harsh environments.
