Expansion to support growth
Based in Brittany, close to the Quimper-Lorient dual carriageway, Le Pocher Moteurs & Solutions is moving to larger premises in 2025 to meet growing customer demand. Just 100 meters from its current site, the new 1,650 m² building will offer optimized space for its expanding activities. Work has already begun, illustrating the company's determination to support its dynamism with modern infrastructures.
Three generations of marine motorization
Founded in 1945 by Gilbert Le Pocher, the company initially specialized in motorization solutions for fishing and pleasure boating. With the passing of the torch to Michel Le Pocher in 1989, and then to Nicolas Le Pocher in 2006, the company has evolved to conquer new markets. Today, Le Pocher Moteurs & Solutions is also active in the commercial marine, military and industrial sectors, broadening its expertise and customer base.
Strategic development and renowned brands
Exclusive Volvo Penta distributor for the Greater West of France, Le Pocher Moteurs & Solutions also offers motorization and optimization solutions with brands such as Humphree, ZF and Rehlko. The company has doubled its sales in five years, reaching almost 7 million euros in 2024, thanks to a team of 15 experts dedicated to its customers.
