Fountaine Pajot Group has unveiled its strategic plan up to 2028. The group plans to launch 11 new models, modernize its infrastructures and reinforce its environmental commitments to meet market challenges.

An ambitious plan to capitalize on the success of Odyssea 2024

With sales doubled to 351 million euros by August 2024 thanks to its previous strategic plan, Fountaine Pajot intends to maintain its momentum. The 2028 plan is a continuation of this, with an investment of 19 million euros to modernize its industrial capacities, develop new models and establish itself as a sustainable and competitive player in the European yachting sector.

11 new models to meet growing demand

Fountaine Pajot plans to launch 11 new units: six catamarans and five monohulls. These new models are designed to satisfy customers looking for comfortable cruising, particularly in the catamaran segment, which is highly prized for its accommodation capacity and sailing performance. Among the new models to come, a 12.5-meter (41-foot) catamaran and the Dufour 48, scheduled for spring 2025, stand out for their design that combines comfort and performance.

Modernization and competitiveness of industrial infrastructures

To remain competitive, the shipyard is focusing on modernizing its facilities. This investment program is aimed at improving productivity and integrating more strategic industrial processes, such as electric motor production and in-house joinery. These optimizations will enable the Group to meet increasingly diversified demands, while maintaining high quality standards.

Environmental commitments and range electrification

A pioneer in the ecological transition, Fountaine Pajot has already produced more than 30 boats equipped with hybrid engines, and has begun mapping its carbon footprint. This shift towards more sustainable solutions remains a priority for Plan 2028, with the increased integration of technologies designed to reduce the environmental impact of the units produced. The aim is to attract customers who are keen to adopt more environmentally-friendly sailing practices.

International expansion and market diversification

To consolidate its growth, the Group is counting on further expansion in North America and Asia-Pacific. A collaboration with the Couach shipyard has already been announced to develop a 15-meter boat for the American market. By expanding its distribution network, Fountaine Pajot aims to attract new customer segments, notably with its sailing and motor catamaran ranges, as well as its Dufour monohulls.
