To improve the sales process for its dealers, VDM-Reya has set up a technical team dedicated to providing guidance, installation support and after-sales assistance in the event of an incident report.

Three contacts for a tailored response

Available in the mornings for direct telephone contact, or by e-mail the rest of the time, the team is made up of three contacts, each responsible for dedicated categories.

Christophe BERALDIN will be in charge of questions concerning the mechanical and peripherals ranges. Frantz JOSSE will be the point of contact for cooling and water management products, while Bilal MOUFDI will represent electrical products.
