Saffier, 70 years of family know-how
Since the 1950s, Saffier has evolved as a family business, perpetuating know-how handed down from generation to generation. In the 2000s, the family business specialized in the manufacture of innovative day boats that set themselves apart from the competition.
Comfortable and high-performing, Saffier boats boast a well-crafted aesthetic on these high-performance hulls. Designed for sailors who love beautiful objects, their characteristics give them excellent performance under sail.
A booming market
The market for luxury Day Sailers has been booming for some years now, stimulated by the desire to get away from it all for a few hours or a few days, whether with family or friends, in comfort and simplicity.
This success is also attributed to the absence of constraints such as unmanned sailing, ease of maintenance and upkeep, and low operating costs for the owner. Day Sailers are designed to provide spaces for relaxation and rest, ideal for short outings for couples, families or friends, while guaranteeing optimum comfort and pleasure at sea.
Two new importers for France
The Dutch shipyard offers 6 models, from 6.5 to 12m, divided into two categories, Classic and Elegance.
As its name suggests, the Classic range offers neo-classical boats based on the architectural references so popular with sailors in the Baltic States. The Elegance range is much more modern, while retaining a DNA that combines head-turning lines with real pleasure at the helm.
For the North Sea, Brittany and the Atlantic, the company Charles Marine, based in Noirmoutier, will represent the shipyard. Seaways Yachting, based in Golf Juan, will distribute the various models in the range throughout the Mediterranean coast and Corsica.
