Highfield supports the SNSM and the Cannes Yacht Club

RIB manufacturer Highfield Boats and its French subsidiary have renewed their support for the SNSM. Highfield France has donated a Highfield Classic 340 tender to the SNSM station in Les Sables d'Olonne for the Jacques Joly speedboat. On the Mediterranean, the RIB specialist continued its involvement in regattas, signing a partnership with the Yacht Club de Cannes for the 470 and Finn championships, as well as the Régates Royales de Cannes. The first Highfield Sport 900 has been assigned to the club on a year-round basis.

Sanguineti announces strong growth

Twin Disc acquires Katsa Oy

Twin Disc, the American manufacturer of transmission systems, gearboxes and reversing gears, has announced the acquisition of Katsa Oy for 21 million euros. Founded in 1995 and based in Finland, Katsa Oy manufactures high-end transmission parts and gearboxes for industry and the marine sector, particularly for hybrid and electric vehicles.

T-Top becomes T-Top Nautic

One year after its takeover by entrepreneur Eric Soleau, bimini and boat protection specialist T-Top is changing its name to T-Top Nautic. Following the acquisition of Cap Sellerie Nautique in October 2023, and the optimization of the company's production facilities, the company's new name and graphic identity are designed to open up new international markets.
