Gussi Italia, specialists in the manufacture of steering wheels for motorboats, received several awards in 2023 at METS Trade and IBEX for its Murano display. Integrated into the steering wheel hub, it transforms the steering wheel into a single point of control for the boat. The round touch screen collects all the boat's data, from engine-related technical data to home automation and on-board comfort. Depending on the user's choice, he or she can use the touchscreen or side paddles to select the commands to be carried out. Pages scroll with a simple slide of the finger.
A customizable system
Designed for original equipment, the Murano screen can be customized according to the boat model and the builder's wishes. Adaptable to both Gussi and competitor steering wheels, it is fully waterproof. On request, it can also feature the boatbuilder's logo. 3 background colors are available as standard.
Programmed via NMEA 2000 protocols or other CANBUS systems, the system collects on-board data according to the equipment present. It can also be connected via Bluetooth for smartphone control.
