Outils Océans: A pictorial tour of the textile storage specialist
The specialist in stowage and storage equipment for yachts and ocean racers, but also for industry, welcomed its partners to discover its new production site in La Forêt Fouesnant. Outils Océans was founded in the late 1980s with the creation of a semi-rigid framed tool bag. Founded by Vianney Ancellin, and taken over in 2012 by a trio of company executives, Tristan Poder, Marine Hache and Fabien Le Sciellour, the company has continued to grow and diversify into mail and storage for industry, while continuing to offer equipment for yachting and ocean racing, from winch crank pockets to mast-rigging bags, as well as fenders for IMOCA foils, bails and hook and roller furler protectors. Here's a look at the company and its 2,400 m2 premises, due to open in 2023.
