Le Grand Pavois renews its partnership with EDF

For the 2023 edition, the Grand Pavois boat show is continuing its collaboration with EDF on the transition of yachting. A 1200 m Eco-navigation and Sustainable Innovations area, organized with EDF, will enable visitors to discover some forty companies and start-ups. It will be divided into 2 sections, and will showcase products both afloat and ashore.

First hydrogen boat for Canalous

River boat building and rental specialist Les Canalous launches its first hydrogen fuel cell boat . This is a day outing boat, which should enable the company to develop a solution for equipping its charter boats for weekly cruises in the longer term.

PYRéO to expand in the French West Indies

The PYRéO eco-organization, in charge of collecting and processing pyrotechnic distress signaling devices, i.e. all rockets and other hand-held lights, is currently only active in mainland France. After an unsuccessful call for tenders, the company is once again trying to find operators in the French West Indies from 2024, by launching a competitive dialogue procedure. Other overseas territories are under consideration.
