Acquisition of Technautic and Technik Fürs Boot-TFB
Mercator Marine Group has announced the acquisition of Technautic and Technik Fürs Boot - TFB. The group, which was formed by the merger of the Dutch companies Allpa Marine Equipment and Combi Noord, acquires with Technautic, based in Wormerveer in the Netherlands, and TFB, located in Paderborn in Germany, two dynamic distributors with a good brand portfolio. They both represent in their countries well known companies such as Humminbird, Minn Kota or Navionics.
Group CEO Anton van Daalwjik welcomes the acquisitions: "Technautic and TFB have a good reputation in the market due to their wide range of premium watersports brands that are often "just a little bit smarter" and we are delighted that they are now part of the group. "

Born in 2023, the Mercator Marine group, which now includes the 5 companies, along with the German subsidiary of Allpa Marine Equipment, is going to grow. It will have its own website to allow its professional customers to access the whole offer.
Continental ambitions
The group does not intend to stop there and is already announcing future external growth operations, with the ambition of becoming the leader in Europe.
