Securing the electrical transition
Through this acquisition, the group intends to promote the transition of its various brands to electric motors. In the marine sector, Chris-Craft has already presented an electric dayboat model . Winnebago Industries CEO Michael Happe justifies this choice for the future: "The addition of Lithionics enhances Winnebago Industries' ability to develop unique and diverse battery solutions in our portfolio, advancing our global electrical ecosystem, driving our organic growth and supply chain security, strengthening our technological competitive advantage and enabling us to capitalize on our customers' preferences for immersive, off-grid outdoor experiences."
