9th edition of the Pro&Mer exhibition
In 2023, the Pro&Mer exhibition celebrates its 9th edition. It is now a well-known event in the Breton maritime sector. This job and training fair for the maritime professions mixes job offers and presentation of maritime courses. Scheduled for March 16, 2023, it will bring together companies in the sector, alongside training centers and institutions at the Palais des Congrès in Lorient. The range of fields represented is wide, from the civil navy to the military navy, including boating and marine renewable energy.
An expanding maritime employment market
For the 2023 edition, the organizer, Bretagne Pole Naval, is counting on the presence of over 100 exhibitors. More than 3,500 job and training offers were submitted in 2022 at the Pro&Mer show. In a context of difficult recruitment, the event should again bring together many opportunities.
The actors of the nautical industry present
The shipbuilding and ship repair sector remains the most represented, but the Pro&Mer show also includes players in the boating and yachting industry. Visitors will find companies, manufacturers, equipment suppliers and training centers, such as GRETA, INB, AFPA or Ateliers de l'Enfer, but also SEIMI, SLCE Watermakers or France Hélices.
Workshops and round tables are also offered to discover the different professions.
