A delegate general for APER
The Association pour une Plaisance Eco Responsable or APER, eco-organization in charge of the dismantling of pleasure boats, changes its general delegate. Guillaume Arnauld des Lions, seconded by the Federation of Nautical Industries, rejoins the FIN as responsible for ecological transition and CSR issues. He is replaced by Ivana Lazarevic, who was his deputy.
Rémi Aubrun joins Incidence Group
The Incidence group, which includes the sailmakers Incidence Sails, Delta Voiles and Technique Voile, has appointed a design office manager for the group. Rémi Aubrun, renowned sailmaker and ex-partner of the sailmaker All Purpose, is in charge of the 4 design offices of the group and their 12 designers since January 1st, 2023.
New organizational chart at SEA AI
SEA AI, the company that develops the Oscar anti-collision system, has a new managing director. Marcus Warrelmann, who comes from the automotive industry, has been appointed to this position, assisted by founder Raphaël Biancale as CTO. He succeeds Christoph Ballin, formerly of Torqeedo, who will remain on the board as a shareholder.
Restructuring of organizational charts at MB92
The yacht refit specialist MB92 is reviewing its organization. It has appointed two long-time employees of the company as directors of MB92 Barcelona and MB92 La Ciotat. They are Jordi Ariet and Rob Papworth respectively.
Ben Mennem, founder of Compositeworks, now MB92 La Ciotat, joins the board of directors as vice-president alongside Pepe García-Aubert.
Various other cross-functional positions are also being created.
Julia Zaepfel promoted at Port Adhoc
Julia Zaepfel arrived at Port Adhoc in 2018 as marketing manager for France and was promoted to group marketing manager in early January. The latter is now active on the European level after the acquisition of the Dutch Thuishavens.
