New governance for Goiot Systems
Goiot Systems, the specialist in pleasure craft fittings, has announced the arrival of three new partners in its capital. They are members of the operational management: Arnaud Leblais, sales manager, David Le Duigou in charge of production and Matthieu Ruault at the head of R&D. Each of them has a 5% stake in the company alongside the current director, Jacques Leblais. The latter is thus preparing his future retirement. Arnaud Leblais, nephew of the current president, has also been appointed general manager.
Jacques Leblais explains that this will allow him to better focus on various strategic choices in the future. "My support of Goiot Systems continues alongside my three partners. This organization will allow us to better map out the medium and long term directions in order to continue the policy that has allowed us to develop and diversify the company, in particular the distribution of all new products." The entrepreneur had already recently sold another company, Aluminium Ferri, which remains an industrial partner of Goiot Systems, notably for the colored anodization of the wheel bars and other candlesticks that have made the trademark of Goiot in recent years.
Continued modernization of the company
The management team intends to continue, with this new governance, the investments started through the Futura Goiot 4.0 plan. Launched for a total of 2 million euros in 2020, it saw the arrival of a new high-speed bending machine used for the Sport'Al range. Jacques Leblais announces a new equipment for 2023: "A paint island for PMMA, a transparent thermoplastic polymer), is planned to increase production of glazing with integrated LuxAir windows."
The new executive director adds: "Our goal is to continue the development, innovation and design efforts in boating."
