Bénéteau chooses Raymarine for the Oceanis

Raymarine and Beneteau Group announced on September 7 an original equipment supply agreement for the Oceanis range of sailing yachts. The new 9 to 18 meter boats will be equipped with Raymarine's Axiom+ chartplotters and navigation equipment. The contract takes effect at the beginning of 2023.

Mercury Racing expands its factory

Mercury Racing has begun work on extending its Fond du Lac production site. The overall project involves the addition of 3,700 m². It will extend the propeller manufacturing plant by 750 m². The new configuration will enable the Brunswick Group subsidiary to meet growing demand from October 2023.

ePropulsion opens an R&D center

D-Marin announces strategic partnership with Sense4Boat

Marina operator D-Marin, which manages 16 marinas in the Mediterranean and the United Arab Emirates, with more than 10,000 moorings, announced on September 13, 2022 that it had acquired a majority stake in the company Sense4Boat. Specializing in the Internet of Things and boat security, the Croatian company develops Smart Marina solutions. The transaction should enable D-Marin to continue its digitalization strategy.
