Luca Brancaleon joins Azimut France and RCMarine
Luca Brancaleon is leaving the Bénéteau Group. After serving as vice president of France's leading yachting group and then taking responsibility for its boat club and boat rental business, he joined RCMarine in September 2022, one of his former employer's main dealers, as managing director. He also takes over the management of Azimut France, which distributes the Italian shipyard's range of powerboats.
Allpa appoints new CEO
Dutch rigging and equipment specialist Allpa has announced a new managing director. Anton van Daalwijk, who joined at the beginning of 2022, comes from the industry, where he has held senior management positions.
New Maritime Prefect for the Channel
On August 31, 2022, the ceremony for the inauguration of the new Maritime Prefect of the Channel-North Sea area took place. He is Vice Admiral Marc Véran. He succeeds Vice-Admiral Philippe Dutrieux.

The Hanse Group is structuring its corporate communications team. The German manufacturer of six brands of boats has appointed a vice president in charge of communications and investor relations. He is Boris Heitmann, 58, previously a communications consultant for major industries.
Change of presidency at the Pôle Mer Bretagne
Appointed by the board of directors of the Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique, Philippe Monbet took up his post as director on Thursday 1 September 2022. He succeeds Patrick Poupon, who is retiring after 17 years with the cluster. Having arrived at the Pôle Mer as European project manager in 2010, Philippe Monbet moved on in 2017 to the position of Deputy Director to assist Patrick Poupon in all management activities of the Pôle.
