Invincible Boats brand targets Europe
The American motorboat manufacturer Invincible Boats wants to establish itself more strongly in Europe. The American boating brand, which has a range of monohulls and catamarans from 10 to 14 meters, now has its first dealer in Europe. It is the Spanish company Xscape Marine, in Majorca, in the Balearic Islands.
Dometic continues to buy up onboard energy
The Dometic Group has announced a new acquisition in marine equipment. In line with its strategy to rebalance its activities towards aftermarket, the equipment manufacturer has signed the purchase of the American company Treeline Capital LLC, owner of the CDI Electronics and Balmar electrical and energy equipment brands. The company will generate $16 million in sales in 2021, 75% of which will be aftermarket.

Cummins Invests in Electrical Solutions
U.S. engine manufacturer Cummins has announced the completion of its acquisition of Meritor. Meritor, a global leader in power and braking solutions for the industrial and vehicle markets, also has electric solutions for vehicle engines. The transaction is expected to accelerate Cummins' hybrid and zero carbon strategy.
Award-winning Ino-Rope
Ino-Rope, a specialist in textile solutions, has been awarded the Ocean Innovation Trophy for its alternative mooring lines to traditional chains . The competition, supported by Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, recognizes the initiatives of companies for products that protect the oceans.
Aqua superPower partners with e-concept
Aqua superPower, which deploys a network of charging stations for electric boats, has announced a partnership with the Italian company e-concept. The two companies will promote e-concept's AC charging stations for Venice, European river and lake areas.
