Ocean BtoB in Lorient and on the internet
The Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique is organizing with Lorient Technopole and the maritime clusters of Brittany and Pays de la Loire, a new edition of Ocean BtoB. Scheduled for February 22 and 23, the event targets all companies active in the maritime field. It will target all companies active in the maritime sector, not only those involved in boating and ocean racing, but also those working in the fields of security, maritime safety, marine renewable energies, blue biotechnologies, professional shipbuilding and digital technology. After several editions disrupted by the Covid pandemic, the organizers have chosen a hybrid solution for 2022, combining physical meetings on February 22 in Lorient and a virtual event on the internet on February 23.
Workshops and professional meetings
During the day of February 22, 13 thematic workshops are scheduled. They cover various subjects of interest to decision-makers in maritime companies, from innovation to export, including training, the social and solidarity economy, biomimicry and sailing cargo ships. The company FinX will share its work on biomimicry in marine propulsion, the SCIC Finistère Mer Vent will speak on the social and solidarity economy in the maritime sector or 727 Sailbags on the financing of innovation.
There are 40-minute slots throughout the day for participants to network through face-to-face meetings. Additional appointments can be scheduled online on February 23.
