La Ciotat Shipyards gets a new general manager

La Ciotat Shipyards, the semi-public company in charge of the Ciotaden port's construction sites, has a new general manager after the departure of Jean-Yves Saussol, who left in July 2021 in the face of employee discontent. He is replaced by Philippe Vincensini, director general of services of the city of La Ciotat since November 2014.

Enrico Chieffi named advisor to the management of Nautor's Swan

Enrico Chieffi, who has been with Nautor's Swan for more than 20 years, has just been appointed advisor to the management. He arrived just one year after Leonardo Ferragamo took control of the Finnish sailboat manufacturer, and will assist him and General Manager Giovanni Pomati in strategic development, marketing and product development for the ClubSwan range.

Charlie Dalin, new Sunsail ambassador

Ocean racing skipper Charlie Dalin joins the team of ambassadors for boat rental company Sunsail. He joins Charline Picon and Clarisse Crémer to promote the sailing destinations offered by the brand.

Change within Marlec

British wind turbine and solar panel manufacturer Marlec is reviewing its organizational chart. After 35 years with the company, Teresa Auciello has chosen to step back. Following the arrival of Adrian Dennis as operational director in April 2021, two further appointments have been made: Stuart James, already a member of the sales team, is taking over as director, while Janine De Pinho is taking on the role of technical advisor.

Reorganization within Brunswick

The Brunswick Group has announced a series of changes to its organizational chart:

  • Will Sangster has been promoted to President of Mercury EMEA, replacing Marty Bass, who is returning to the U.S. for an unofficial position
  • Brad Zoelle takes over the management of the APAC region, previously managed by Will Sangster
  • Jonathan Levine replaces Brad Zoelle as CEO of Mercury Canada.
