METS Trade : The BtoB yachting show unveils a revamped layout

New organization for METS Trade 2021

Confident about the 2021 edition of METS Trade, the organizers of the world's largest BtoB meeting of the marine industry have revealed more details about a pandemic-adjusted vintage: tighter spaces and the launch of METSTRADE TV Live.

Good level of bookings for METS Trade 2021

RAI Amsterdam, owner of the international METS Trade show, is confident that the 2021 edition of the meeting place for yachting professionals will be held. The organizer says it sees little effect of the Covid-19 crisis in the level of reservations from European and North American marine equipment manufacturers. They are more than 1300 to have confirmed their stands. Manufacturers from other markets are working to ensure their presence, particularly through distributors.

An exceptionally narrow exposure area

The organizers of METS Trade also unveiled the new general layout of the stands, which will be spread over a limited number of halls in 2021. A level of repositioning is unavoidable and exhibitors will start receiving their space in July," says Niels Klarenbeek, show director.

A Webtv for the professionals of the nautical industry who stayed at home

Building on the experience of the METS Trade Connect, held in December 2020, the event teams will broadcast a live show, still presented by Pernille La Lau. The channel, called METSTRADE TV Live, will offer professionals who are unable to reach Amsterdam to follow interviews, round tables with nautical experts and reports on the METS Trade stands from their office or home.
