Yamaha signs a big OE contract
Engine manufacturer Yamaha Marine has announced the signing of an agreement with the Ukrainian shipyard Finval, a specialist in aluminum fishing boats. The 5-year partnership covers the entire range of 15 to 22-foot boats and outboard engines from 60 horsepower to the highest power ratings. The shipyard produces several hundred boats per year.
Alliance between Nautor's Swan and SmartGyro stabilizers
The Italian stabilizer brand SmartGyro has sealed an agreement with the Finnish manufacturer of high-end pleasure boats Nautor's Swan. The equipment manufacturer will benefit from the shipyard's presence in the Mediterranean, in Palma, Badalona, Villefranche and Scarlino, to develop its distribution and after-sales service network.
Official contract for the Miami International Boat Show
The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), Informa Markets and the City of Miami Beach have signed the official contract to host the Miami International Boat Show. MIBS will bring together all of the pre-existing boat shows in the Florida city from February 16-20, 2022.

The Italian Sea Group successfully completes its IPO
Italian yacht builder The Italian Sea Group has completed its listing on the Milan Stock Exchange. The Carrara-based company raised 97 million euros in the deal.
