Shurhold is an American brand created in 1973. In Florida, boaters have a cult of clean boats. Any trip out is followed by a long cleaning session. The manufacturer Shurhold has developed a range of cleaning brushes, products that stand out for their quality and durability. A brand image that has seen this company develop with a strong increase in their premises (from 300 to 6000 m2). However, all manufacturing has always remained concentrated in these buildings in Florida.
These brushes and their derivatives are designed for what the Americans call the "Recreational" or leisure vehicles: cars, campers, airplanes and of course the marine. This market is the most important for this manufacturer.
The brush is the most emblematic product. In Florida (and not in Asia...), a machine pricks the fibers in a wooden brush. This brush is then covered with a protection (a rubber pad) to avoid bumping on the hulls. The fibers used are crumbled fibers to retain the soap. All the elements that make up the brush are top-of-the-line products.
This range of brushes is accompanied by handles, telescopic or not, squeegees for windows, mops, or other wipes. Pike poles and fishing hooks are also available.
This range is intended more for large yachts. Yacht enthusiasts are well aware of the value and quality of the products. These small details that create the difference on a mirror polished gelcoat that does not support water marks.
All Shurhold products are now distributed in France by VDM-Reya. This allows to enlarge the offer by putting in its catalog these products intended for the very beautiful yachting.
