Port d'Hiver Yachting takes Fairline card
The Port d'Hiver Yachting company has announced the signature of a distribution agreement with the British yard Fairline. The company becomes the agent for the builder of 33 to 68-foot motor launches for the Mediterranean coast from Cavalaire to Marseille. The brand is in addition to those already represented : Pardo Yachts, Fairline, Rand Boats, Fanale Marine, Bags and Volvo.
Zar Formenti takes over the French market live
The Italian semi-rigid vehicle manufacturer Zar Formenti has made public the end of its collaboration since November 10, 2020 with Nauticstore, the current importer of the brand in France. The Italian shipyard has indicated that it will resume the distribution of its boats in France. The market is placed under the responsibility of Bernard Calestroupat.
Yanmar gets a demonstrator for its diesel outboard engines
Yanmar France has set up a partnership with the Alumarine shipyard, a subsidiary of the Grand Large Yachting group, and its distributor Promeca for the promotion of its D torque diesel outboard engine. A 5-metre aluminium hull, equipped with the engine, is available for testing in Pornichet. An agreement with April Marine has also been signed for the financing of re-engining operations.
Teakdecking acquires Spanish competitor
The American specialist in teak deck coverings for yachting has taken control of Teak Solutions, a company based in Barcelona and Valencia. The company aims to strengthen its presence on the European market and its services to yachts in the Mediterranean.
Bénéteau changes ERP
The company IFS was selected by the Bénéteau Group to replace its ERP system. All the subsidiaries will be equipped with the new platform, participating in the policy of industrial rapprochement of all the brands of the French yachting leader.
