A French manager for Baudouin marine engines
The historic French marine engine brand Baudouin, based in Cassis and taken over by the Chinese group Weichai, has a new sales manager for the French zone. Mathieu Baltas has joined the company, after almost 10 years as technical sales representative for Secodi, distributor in France of Perkins and Lombardini brands, among others.
New technical sales representative at HDS Paints
After 15 years as store manager for Rolland Sistership, the Uship hardware store of the Rolland dealership in Roscoff, Philippe Le Jeune joined HDS Peintures in April 2020. He became technical sales manager in charge of the St cast le Guildo - Lorient sector for the distributor of brands such as International, Alexseal, Sikaflex or 3M.
New head at the helm of Pornichet Yachting
Brice Pelletier has been appointed Dealership Manager at Pornichet Yachting. Commercial at the Bénéteau dealer in the sector, La Baule Nautic, since September 2017, he is now switching to the Jeanneau brand.
New Director for METSTrade
After the departure of Irene Dros, head of METS Trade for 18 years, the International Boat and Yacht Show has appointed its new director. Niels Klarenbeek takes over the direction of the annual high-mass for nautical professionals. A regular at BtoB trade fairs, he has been in charge of Rematec for the past 10 years, which organises trade fairs for the automotive industry in Amsterdam, Las Vegas and Guangzhou.
New manager for the Chantier Naval de la Plaisance
The Chantier Naval de la Plaisance, located in the port of Bas-Sablons in Saint-Malo, has a new manager. Louis-Marie Chrissement took over the management of the company in March 2020. Trained as an engine manufacturer, the new manager will be able to put his experience in the shipyard to good use in the maintenance and marine mechanics for the different brands of marine engines for pleasure boating.
