Jean-Michel Gaigné leaves Saint-Quay Port d'Armor
At the head of Saint-Quay Port d'Armor, the marina of Saint-Quay Portrieux, for the past 21 years, Jean-Michel Gaigné has decided to hand over. He will leave his post on 31 January 2020. Jean-François Riat will succeed him as director of the port.
