Pz Sailing acquires Nautique Services
Pierre Barreau-Mainson and his partner Julien Corneleau have been running PZ Sailing for several years. The company, based in La Rochelle, offers yacht rental, but also associated services, such as ferrying, providing skippers or training yachtsmen in weather. " We have about 50% of sailboats between 10 and 18 meters and 50% of rigid and semi-rigid motor boats. Most of our activity is in team-building and events. "says Pierre Barreau-Mainson.
Since the 21/08, the 2 partners have bought the company Nautique Services, located in the technical area of the port of Minimes. They complete their activity by selling new and used boats and their maintenance. Honda and Suzuki dealer, the company employs a marine mechanic.
To offer a complete service to the boater
With the addition of the 2 activities, the 2 partners see a virtuous logic for the boater and the 2 companies. " We are able to offer a complete service to our clients. There is a synergy by allowing us to sell boats for management/rental and to offer boats for purchase to our rental customers. For the company, the objective is to have a minimum of stock on the quay and a maximum of boats of our ranges in management/rental to be able to make them try to the prospects. "explains Pierre Barreau-Mainson.
Reorganize Nautique Services and its boat brands
The new leaders want to revive the company's momentum. " We did a big clean up on site. We created a showroom to present the dinghies, the engines and other products. The Grand Pavois, our first show with Nautique Services, allowed us to validate the choice of brands to keep. Other brands will arrive and an online store will be launched at the beginning of 2020 on the website that we have just redone "says Pierre Barreau-Mainson.
Today, Nautique Services sells Suzuki and Honda outboard engines, Highfield, Gala, Marsea, 3D Tender powerboats and Aventura catamarans. It has just added Zeppelin RIBs and Ader Nautic covering and antifouling films to its portfolio.
