SailEazy settles in La Rochelle

A rocky base for SailEazy

As we told you in our interview with Grégoire Guignon its founder, SailEazy, the self-service sailboat specialist, has officially opened a base in La Rochelle. Operational from April 1st, it offers a varied fleet, from the Sun Odyssey 349 to the Pogo 30, including the J88 and soon an MMW 33.

Dream Yacht Charter expands its activity in the United States

The leading boat rental company Drem Yacht Charter has announced a partnership with the American company Navtours. It allows the opening of 2 new bases across the Atlantic, in Rhode Island and New York.

Completion of the acquisition of Inmarsat

Satellite communication specialist Inmarsat has formalized the end of its buy-out procedure. The transaction, worth almost £6 billion including debt, marks its exit from the stock market. Inmarsat is now owned by the Triton Bidco consortium, which consists of several American, Canadian and British investment funds.

MB92 retains the concession of the great form of La Ciotat

The MB92 yacht refit and maintenance yard, which arrived in La Ciotat thanks to the acquisition of Blohm+Voss and Compositeworks, has obtained the renewal of its concession for the management of La Ciotat's top form. It is one of the main Mediterranean sites for pleasure boat owners. The new concession runs until August 2022 and completes the 23,000 m² concession obtained on the median of the La Ciotat construction sites.

The figures for the 2019 Nauticalales

Les Nauticales, La Ciotat's boat show, has published the figures for the 2019 edition. It claims the title of 4th French trade fair, with 31,525 visitors over a week. The show had 200 exhibitors on 30,000 m² and 400 boats on display, 150 of which were afloat.

New partner for Renolit

The specialist in antifouling and anti-slip protective films Renolit has acquired a new partner in France for the maritime sector. Already represented by Uniflow, it is now also represented by Multigraphic, which also offers boat covering services.

Marine Mobile Diffusion expands its offer

The young company Marine Mobile Diffusion, of which we had you announced the creation of is expanding its brand portfolio.
