New communication director at Bénéteau
The Bénéteau shipyard has announced the appointment of Jean-François Pape to the position of Director of Communications. After contributing to marketing in the Usine Nouvelle group, he spent 8 years at Havas as digital project manager, consultant and then associate director. For the past 5 years, Jean-François Pape has managed the digital division of the Nantes-based agency DDB, active in tourism and leisure. Digital specialist and CRM, his recruitment by the Bénéteau brand continues the dynamic displayed by the group as a whole to focus on digital.
Internal promotions at Yanmar
The Japanese Teruyuki Yamaoka has been appointed Vice President of Yanmar Marine International. He has previously held several senior positions with the Japanese engine manufacturer and was previously director of operations for Yanmar America Corporation.
Floris Lettinga, who has been with Yanmar Marine for 15 years, is promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing. He will be in charge of sales, marketing, after-sales service and external relations for Yanmar Marine worldwide.
Michel Graveleau at the head of the CNTL
Michel Graveleau was elected president of the Cercle Nautique et Touristique du Lacydon (CNTL), by its steering committee. Philippe Héral at the helm of the Yacht Club de France
The lawyer Philippe Héral was elected 23rd president of the Yacht Club de France, for a 5 year mandate. Now at the helm of the Yacht Club created in 1867, under Napoleon III, he is also vice-president of the SNSM and was a member of the UNCL steering committee.
