High quality broadband sonar
The Koden KDS-6000BB and KDS-8000BB sonar models allow you to visualize the bottom and schools of fish in the best conditions. Their power of 1.5kW, over a frequency range of 130 to 210kHz, provides good sensitivity to distinguish species, thanks to a 0.1kHz step and digital signal processing. The theoretical range, under optimal conditions, of the KDS-6000BB reaches 1000 meters, while that of the KDS-8000BB is 1200 meters. The choice of pitch, from 5° to 20°, can be adapted according to the scanning speed.
Practical and intuitive use
A keyboard with 6 memory keys and a USB key connector simplify operation, while allowing settings to be saved.
The probe integrates a temperature sensor, a strategic data for the fisherman.
Four presentation modes are available: Sonar, Off Center, Bottom Scan and Sonar.
Easy to install
For ease of installation, Koden sonars are delivered in the form of a "black box". An optional 640x480 VGA display completes the basic feature of the KDS-6000BB model. The KDS-8000BB supports either an XGA 1024x768 or a high definition display. The compact tube, supplied as standard, simplifies the integration of the sensor on the boat.

It is at the origin of the appearance of the colour sounder and its technological know-how has been strengthened by the acquisition of Suzuki's sonar division.
