Partnership between Mercury Marine and Scanstrut

The marine engine manufacturer Mercury Marine has announced a partnership with the British marine equipment manufacturer Scanstrut. The Mercury network will offer ROKK waterproof USB sockets for charging the tablets and phones used by boaters for its VesselView engine control system.

BWA Yachting opens an office in La Ciotat

The yachting service company BWA Yachting has announced the opening of an office at La Ciotat Shipyards. Its manager Malourène Corbeille will work in coordination with Sarah Futhazar, head of operations at BWA Yachting France.

Launch of Azimut France

The Italian motorboat giant Azimut has opened its subsidiary Azimut Yachts France. Based in the Carlton Riviera residence in Cannes, it is to create a sales and customer service network in France. The Italian brand was previously represented by Philippe Blattes Yachting.

5 working axes for the Yachting and Pleasure Craft Committee

Dolphin Charger in Germany

French electrical equipment manufacturer Dolphin Charger appoints Moerer Schiffselektronik as its distributor in Germany. The Hamburg-based company will provide technical support, storage and distribution of Dolphin Charger battery chargers for dealers and marine electricians across the Rhine.

New members for European Boating Industry

European Boating Industry (EBI), the European association of professional boating organisations, welcomes 2 new members. CEA - Nautical Sector Association, a Croatian trade union of 75 companies in the nautical sector, joins EBI as a full member. Raceix, an Irish company processing onboard data and images, becomes EBI's first associate member.
