A gateway Made In France
"The majority of gateways sold in France are manufactured in Italy or Slovenia. With Nautex, we wanted to offer a quality product, Made In France," explains Florian Foglietti, director of Nautex, La Rochelle's nautical equipment supplier. This is now done with the first Nautex gateway, built by a French industrial specialist in composite parts.
One-piece construction
An essential feature of this gateway is its limited number of parts. Folding for storage, it is composed of two parts. All the fixing and assembly elements, be they hinges, castors' screeds or the lyre fixing, are directly integrated into the glass-polyester lamination. Only the connecting pin, the wheels and the lyre are added. The absence of screwed metal parts eliminates the risk of rust or breakage, while improving the design of the walkway.

Light and floating
The Nautex footbridge is completely hollow and weighs 8.5 kg. In addition to being very easy to handle, this light weight allows it to float, a powerful argument in case of handling error during installation on the boat.
Simplicity as the first option
The Nautex footbridge, with a length of 2.20m, is offered at a public price of 1690 € including all taxes. It is possible to write the name of the boat and buy an optional storage bag. The Nautex gateway is simple and has no candlesticks.
New models may be developed soon.
