A distributor dedicated to professionals
Hempel France has announced that AGL Marine will become its new exclusive distributor for the professional boating market from September 2017. Already distributor of AwlGrip paints, AGL Marine has 20 years of experience in the field of coatings for pleasure boats, whether decorative paints or antifouling.
Soloplast remains Hempel's exclusive partner for the retail market, with AGL Marine focusing solely on the professional market.
Strengthening its positioning
Hans Kaak, Sales Director responsible for Hempel France's yachting market, sees this as a means of strengthening the brand's position in the French market. "We are convinced that this will help strengthen Hempel's position in the French market and reach our customers in the best possible way, ensuring that they benefit from the best paint solutions, both in the retail and professional markets
With this new distributor, Hempel will be able to expand its customer portfolio in French shipyards.
AGL Marine will present Hempel's professional range for the first time at the Monaco Yacht Show, which runs from 27 to 30 September.
