A good International Multihull Show
The Catana group presented 5 models at the 2017 edition of the Grande Motte international multihull show. Its Bali brand presented the Bali 4.0, Bali 4.3 and Bali 4.5 catamarans, while the Catana brand unveiled its new Catana 53 and the performance version of the Catana 47.
The new 53-foot model marks Catana's desire to return to a market that has made its strength, the long-drift catamaran. This return looks promising for the shipyard which announces to have sold 2 Catana 53 on the show (at an average price of 1.3 M) which are added to the orders collected on plan. The group says they expect new sales quickly, given the many prospects they met at the show.
The Bali range is not in rest since 12 orders of catamarans were recorded at La Grande Motte, with charter companies and yachtsmen.
Continuation of a good first half
For the Catana group, the success of the international multihull show completes a 1 er a very satisfactory semester. As a reminder, the turnover presented in mid April showed an increase of 73% compared to the previous financial year to reach 18,5 M € . The sale of new boats alone represents 13,2 M €.
Bali catamarans are growing in power
The Bali range, which has been the subject of heavy investment within the group, is beginning to bear fruit. The yard wishes to continue the dynamics by associating itself with Lasta Design Studio to improve its level of finish. He will present a new 54-footer, the Bali 5.4, in the next exercise.
