A show to prepare the summer season
The crossroads of professions has been held in Cannes for over 15 years. It enables local businesses to prepare for the summer tourist season and the influx of customers in the hotel, restaurant, event and nautical sectors.
The 2017 edition of the event takes place on Friday 03 March at the Palais des Festivals between 09h30 and 17h.
A space dedicated to boating
This job fair will host an area specifically dedicated to boating and yachting. There will be 17 players from the local nautical industry, from crew agencies to the French Navy, including shipping companies and the CCI, manager of marinas. Training organisations for yachting professions will also be there to present their courses, such as the INB Côte d'Azur, the Université de la Mer or the IUT de Cannes and its commercial nautical framework course.
The offers of the small structures will be diffused on the stand of the nautical pole of the agglomeration of Cannes Pays de Lérins.
Local political will
Since the recovery of the economic competence by the agglomerations, that of Cannes Pays de Lérins wishes to support the nautical sector. It has identified 300 professionals in its territory operating in connection with yachting and has created a nautical centre for them, now associated with all the community's activities.
