60 trainees present at the Nautic
For students enrolled in INB's technical and commercial training courses, boat shows are an essential part of their curriculum. They spend on average one third of the training within partner companies in the various branches of the nautical industry, from the shipyard, to the marine engine manufacturer and equipment manufacturer of all kinds.
For the 60 trainees present at the event, as for the rest of the sector, the Nautic is one of the highlights of the year. This is a life-size exercise. Future salespeople and technical salespeople can put the lessons learned into practice, such as product presentation or sales negotiation.
Find new partners
Present through its own stand on the bridge connecting halls 1 and 2 of the Nautic, INB takes advantage of the exhibition to maintain its network of partners. The centre obviously recruits and informs new candidates, but it is also an opportunity to convince new companies to get involved in training.
Alumni Appointments
The INB stand is also a meeting point for nautical professionals who have attended the institute's courses. They are in fact 300 trainees per year, on the various sites of Concarneau, Port La Forêt and Villefrance sur Mer. With 51 years of existence, the alumni pool makes it a powerful network of the French nautical sector.
