Quarantine in full growth
The results presented recently, showing 100% growth over the last 5 years, speak for themselves. Fountaine Pajot, celebrating its 40th anniversary, had to prepare for the future by developing the company's production capacity. By buying back 30,000 m² of abandoned industrial wasteland, the group was able to create the land reserve necessary for the construction of new buildings.
8000 m² more
The extension project on Aigrefeuille includes 3 new buildings.
The first 5600 m² building, inaugurated on 23 September 2016, houses two assembly lines. Once fully operational, it will increase the site's capacity by more than 50%.
A new store and a test building, housing a swimming pool, are due to be delivered at the end of December 2016. This 2500 m² will complete the operation.
A hiring plan to keep the plant going
The expansion of the Fountaine Pajot d'Aigrefeuille site is also synonymous with jobs. The company has already recruited 30 new employees and hiring is expected to continue in early 2017, as production accelerates.
A local commitment
For the company's management, the development of the site is an opportunity to make a commitment to the territory, by relaunching an industrial wasteland. It also offers a removable building to the Community of Commune intended for the reception of the associations.
