Pascal Bénard spent his career with the Agence Départementale du Finistère, Nautism in Finistère the department has entrusted the management of the nautical sector around three themes: individual and collective nautical practice, industry and pleasure boating. He also founded the association Cabotage in Brittany to accompany private individuals as well as professionals (owners' associations) on flotilla trips lasting several days in sailing basins that they appreciate: Molène, the Four Channel, the Chausey archipelago, the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay� The idea is to facilitate access to navigation and to reassure boaters by guiding them throughout the cruise.
