Travelift of the Scheldt area, Le Havre

A new business park dedicated to water sports will be built in Le Havre at the end of 2017. Hangars, offices, platforms near technical equipment. You can find out now.

An area specifically dedicated to boating

CODAH (Communauté de l'Agglomération Havraise) is launching the creation of a nautical centre in the Scheldt business park. This area, in the heart of the port and the city of Le Havre, will be specifically dedicated to boating. It benefits from the infrastructure financed by the local authorities, such as the new lifting and fairing area and the recently modernised Travelift.

Offers for all activities related to yachting

CODAH offers for rent for the first phase of work, a total area of 4500 m², including 3000 m² of buildings.

In order to adapt to all activities, from maintenance, mechanics to new construction and repair, the lots can be divided between 100 and 2000 m².

Available for rent, the rent is 45 € HT/m²/year for the building and 6 € HT/m²/year for the terrace.

A local dynamic

The development of the Scheldt business park is the result of a proactive policy by local political players. The first nautical plan, launched in 2009 by the city of Le Havre, provides for investments of ?20 million to make Le Havre a regional and national nautical centre.

For that 400 rings have already been created, in particular to attract Parisian customers, only 2 hours by train.

The spearhead of the race in Le Havre, the Transat Jacques Vabre is only the visible part of a real craze for the race, the city with the largest number of licence holders with the FFV.

Launch of work in May 2017

CODAH already calls on professionals to express their interest. Indeed, the planning of the operation foresees a launch of the works in May 2017 for a delivery in December of the same year.
